If you choose to make a new group there should be the following points to fill out:

name of the group
game system
game master
players

There should be a list of all players the game master can choose from
If a person is missing, he can type in an email address and this person gets an email with the information about the page. If this person later registers the game master will get a notification and / or the player will be added to the game
What happens if a Username is taken more than once
