If an NPC character (e.g. Chatot, Koffing or a shopkeep) is randomised into a Porygon2 or Porygon-Z, the "Porygon" part of their name will be randomised into the name of a different Pokemon in dialogue, but not dialogue nametags. For example, a piece of dialogue might (hypothetically, for ease of demonstration) look like this:
Porygon2: Hi! My name is Gloom2!

The entire text replacing is kinda just a giant meme anyway and I kinda think little quirks like this make it even better, but maybe that's just me haha
I figured as such, just thought I'd bring it to your attention just in case it was something overlooked. Certainly not a massive priority given it's not gamebreaking and just a text quirk :)
