[Feature Request] Simple Launcher Backup / Restore Capability

I have 100+ apps sorted into almost two dozen folder categories on the home screen of my phone. Having no way to backup and restore this meticulous, time-consuming categorization makes recovering from a lost or broken phone or upgrading to a new phone tedious and frustrating.

An added bonus would be if webpages added to the home screen(s) could also be backed up and restored.
