Shortcuts not showing in long-press menu

I'm using version 5.1.1 from F-Droid. As I understand it, this version should support shortcuts when long-pressing an app icon, but I'm only seeing App Info/Hide/Uninstall (in the drawer) or App Info/Rename/Remove (on the home screen). This happens with all apps, even ones I know should have shortcuts, like Simple Contacts, Google Play Store.

Using Samsung Galaxy A54, with OneUI 5.1 (Android 13).
