conference call only visible in notification area

Scenario: I was called by a friend who then started a conference call.
This ended the Dialer App and the call was now only visible in the notification area.

Downsides are I cannot mute myself or the call, i can only end it.

I am aware of #450 but it sounds like a slightly different issue.
