Old License Expired

Hello

I guy ask me help about a simulator. He recieve a sim with Sim Feedback installed, but the license expired dicember 2023. He do not have contacts with the guy that gave it to him, but he want to use the simulator for himself and his kids.
So i installed the lastest version, but the program window do not show up when you start the program. Just freeze for few seconds with the sim feedback logo banner and that's it.

How can i help him?
