Signal k server failed update

hi,

i have signal K version 2.1.1 and i have alert to update to version 2.3.0, but always go wrong (Failed / signalk-server / 2.3.0).

any idea?

HI,
I had seen it, but I wanted to understand if it was a problem that could be solved without having to reinstall as nothing is bad, it just doesn't update.
Although if it is written that the settings and plugins are in another directory, my fear is of losing all the configurations, etc., etc.
You say you do the procedure and nothing happens?
Should I make a back-up of the card to avoid problems?

Without understanding what the exact problem is can’t be sure. But if you don’t do anything about the settings, just remove the previous install and then reinstall the settings should be safe.

When you attempt the update and it fails are there any errors in server log?

i follow your advise (rm dir and install signall k server by new); all gone well and now i have last version wit old setup/plugin.
