Looks like you're trying to send unencrypted transaction to endpoint for encrypted ones

https://json-rpc.testnet.swisstronik.com – accepts only encrypted txs, when
https://json-rpc.testnet.swisstronik.com/unencrypted – accepts regular EVM transactions
