How does hover mouse work?

I have several HTML elements that have mouse on hover event listeners. But no one of them are recorded when I pass the mouse over and out of them

I'm not sure how it works (Not a Sideex rep). But there is a work around if you want to mouse hover on an element.

Right click on Command-container --> Add New Command --> Manually create a command line by choosing "mouseOver" command and select on the element, you want the mouse over on.
