Hi all! 5th time, I'm trying to follow the path of creating an application according to this manual https://shopify.dev/apps/getting-started/create
And this is the 5th time I get this error.

It'd be great to have someone at Shopify help with this, I'm evaluating whether to build the next version of our platform as a Shopify app or something standalone which just pushes customers into the Shopify checkout.

I'm leaning towards doing things outside of Shopify as this concerns me.
