[sugestion] Responsive Menu/Theme (Mobile friendly)

Currently there is 1 from 3 available scenarios:

1. the width of mobile device is ok and the webui looks ok
2. the width is less than ok and the menu use same width as on pc while the rest of page need to be scroll horizontally
3. the width is so small that the only thing you see is menu and you are able to scroll it to right but thats not usable

its worst in horizontal mode because you are unable to move menu -- menu is absolute and not moving !

the simple "hamburger" style menu would help as a quick "fix"

We had a hamburger menu, then EC updated the design and broke everything. We could have one right now but if I make one, we will get webui 3 and it will be broken again 😔

Mobile support is not part of the initial release of v2, @harshithmohan is probably right in the fact that adding it now would be counter-productive since we have other things to still work on.

v3 should be more responsive and probably have a limited, but usable mobile experience.
