Looks like missing rows are not being handled, causing artifically long timeline events for the timeline visual.

I think this is an enhacment request, not a bug, because it's not clear how missing events should be handled. At least with this current display its obvious there's something wrong, as opposed to may removing any phase on events that don't have a matching phase off.
