Add event id 84, 85, 86 to the timeline table. These events have not been used by Oregon DOT so they hadn't been considered previously, but there's no reason not to include them. The open loop fault in particular is potentially useful if it is configured.

Add stop time event to as it's useful for troubleshooting.

Could possibly add alarms too.
