Idea is there'd be a script that is run once per animal that determines some Tenaspis parameters, including SegmentFrame threshold, possibly Max and Min blob radius. This may be necessary due to different signal/noise ratios of different preparations.
Initial idea would be to have a slider where the user can adjust an intensity threshold to figure out the lowest threshold where the blob edges start getting smooth (high solidity). Or maybe set this via some sort of iterative analysis.
