Make loadframe be able to read data from .tif and .avi formats, in addition to .h5.

Loadframe in T4 supports loading multiple frames at a time (how were we so stupid for so long?) but need for additional format support remains

The lazy way of doing this will be to have people convert their format to .h5, rather than building support for different formats into LoadFrames.
