Sometimes, CGAL must be searched for even if it is already declared as a target. This makes the condition here fail:

cgal-community-plugins/Plugins/CGAL/vtkCGAL/CMakeLists.txt

Line 3 in 4f6e168

if (NOT TARGET CGAL)

We also absolutely need to take into account the possibility of having 2 different modules using CGAL.
