Hi all,
This is a minor update with some small fixes. We are now on version 1.5.0.
Changelog:
- Fix issue where URL of server detail page did not get sanitized correctly. Servers now have a dedicated slug. Thanks for reporting @Rasgnarok !
- Fix issue where the website URL did not redirect correctly because of missing http(s):// in the URL. Now when you edit or create a server, the website URL should be valid and include a http:// or https://
- Fix issue where people could spam votes on slow connections. Thanks for reporting @Rasgnarok !

Hey all,
Thank you all for using Server List Plus. A new version and server list website have been released! We're still in beta and are actively developing the website. Even though we did not publish new release notes for some time, we have released various new versions with new functionality and fixes.
In this release, we celebrate the release of a dedicated server list for Pixelmon Servers https://pixelmon-servers.com. Pixelmon is a fairly large category within Modded Minecraft. We are confident we can make a change in this branch and make it easier for both players to find a server and for server owners to manage their communities on the server list. We continue to work hard on implementing more features for the server lists. We have lots of cool ideas that we want to implement in the upcoming quarters.
Some highlights of what we will be working on in the upcoming quarters:
- Ability to log in with your Microsoft account: #26
- A referral program that will pay the server owner per unique vote that they receive: #27. Instead of paying Google for advertisements, we would rather pay the server owner to help us spread the word about the server list.
- Various statistics showed on different pages such as vote trends, player counts, or uptime: #28
- Blogs that help you grow your server(s) and attract new players: #29
Compact release notes for version 1.4.2:
- Categories/Tags have been added to make it easier for users to advertise servers and for players to be able to filter based on what they are looking for. #7
- The first version of the About-us page was added that explains the goals and origins of Server List Plus. #13
- Updated design and added a dark mode. This design also improves SEO and responsiveness on different resolutions. #6
- Migrated https://playftb.com to https://moddedminecraft.com. #25
- Improved loading times and drastically lower the chance you might encounter an internal server error.
We worked on more features and fixes, however, not all are relevant to end-users so we did not list all of them here.

Hey all,
Thank you all for using Server List Plus. A new version has been released! We're still in beta and are actively developing the website.
At this moment, we are working hard on implementing tags and categories to make it easier for you to advertise your server and for players to be able to filter based on what they are looking for. We are also experimenting with the implementation of call-to-actions. With 'call to actions', you can invite people that visit your server page to do a certain thing. Perhaps you want them to visit your forum, or you want them to visit your Discord, apply to their whitelist in Google Form. All of these actions should be able to be configured per server. Check #10 for more details, feel free to comment on it to describe how you would use this feature.
Small release note for version 1.0.1:
- A search feature that you can use to search for server names, server addresses, server descriptions, or server summaries. #12
- Ability to re-arrange server addresses. You can now easily drag & drop addresses when creating or editing server listings. The order you save your server with is also the order that is shown on the server detail page. #23
- Small design changes in the server management pages. These design changes will make it easier to navigate if you have multiple servers to manage. We also added the ability to 'visit a server' to directly be navigated to the server detail page of the server.
- You can now link directly to the vote section on a server detail page. When you're on the server detail page, attach #vote at the end of the URL. You can also find this URL on the server add/edit page. Example: https://playftb.com/servers/1-Mystical-Machines#vote
- Improvements to Search Engine Optimization. We're continuously working on improving our search engine presence. We're aware that it's important to have a good search engine presence so that players that are looking for servers can actually find the website. While we try our best, this is a process that might take some time. You can also help by advertising the server list to other server owners and by putting a link to your server detail page (with descriptive text) on your website.
We worked on more features and fixes, however, not all are relevant to end-users. Some are only relevant to staff, for example; we've expanded the toolset for staff so they can manage users & servers and provide better support.
We have noticed that some of you are experiencing longer loading times when first loading the server list. We're investigating these reports actively and have come up with several possible solutions. In the coming weeks, we will be trying different solutions, after this, we will implement the best one and inform you about it.
