No longer works after Joplin update

Using enhancement v1.2.1 no longer does anything after Joplin updated to 3.1.22

I have tried disabling and re-enabling, as well as uninstalling and re-installing the plugin.

searching a bit in the main joplin github project tld me that there's a new markdown editor, and other plugins have also stopped working with that one.

to re-enable the enhancement plugin, go to settings -> tools -> general -> show advanced settings -> use the legacy markdown editor

after that you need to restart joplin, and the plugin will take effect again
