Formatting bar not working

I've installed the plugin to highlight some passages of my text. Unfortunately, I can't find the floating formatting bar, as mentioned by others. It's enabled in the settings and I've restarted Joplin a few times.

I'm on Fedora 39, Joplin Flatpak, Joplin 2.13.15, Enhancement 1.2.1

The floating bar will only appear when some text is selected. Can you check the logs by going to the toolbar, selecting "help" -> "toggle develop tools" -> "console" to see if there are any red error messages displayed?

There are no errors or warnings on the console.
Still, I've found the bug: I've enabled global spell checking in Joplin, which causes the bar to not appear at all. After deactivating spell checks globally and restarting Joplin, the formatting bar appeared.
