This issue is meant to track server incidents that required manual intervention.

Reason: The database server got a hickup shomehow and caused the overall load to exceed acceptable limits without substantial web traffic present
Mitigation: Restarted the database server

Reason: The database server again got a hickup shomehow and caused the overall load to exceed acceptable limits without substantial web traffic present
Mitigation: Restarted the database server and subsequently rebooted the system.
