Hello,
we are using tlog v7 and the binaries for el6 were among the releases* when we did the install; however 2 years later we would like to upgrade to an up-to-date version (+v9, e.g. 11) and we cannot find binaries in any distribution repository with the exception of Fedora.
We can build the binaries ourselves, and we'd like to know if v11 is compatible with OL6/7 before we get started with the process, or should we expect any issues, i.e. doesn't work.
They were created for us based on this questions it seems tlog v7 RHEL6
Thank you,
Nazareno.

Official tlog support is RHEL8+ we do not do any testing with RHEL7 or RHEL6 but if tlog v7 was working for you then I would expect it should still work on later versions. If you run into issues we can try to fix them but it may be low on the priority list.
If OL6/7 in your comment means oracle linux then I must say I have not used Tlog on this platform.
Hello,
we have tested (tlog v11) in OL7, works fine, but for OL6 we had to patch it in file lib/tlog/es_json_reader.c. We changed CURLE_UNKNOWN_OPTION and CURLE_NOT_BUILT_IN because these were not defined yet in curl 7.19.7.
After that rpm build went fine and tlog seem to be working fine as well on Oracle linux 6.
Do you think it is a safe way to go? The patch attached. 0001-tlog-patch-for-OL6.patch.txt
