Recipes with only 'url' in the 'source' section fail to build #4

Centrally-managed-conda requires recipes which specify a 'url' to have an 'fn' key in the 'source' section or they are skipped. This isn't a requirement of conda-build.

The relevant function is fetch_to_source_cache
