Design of Mixture Distribution

When I try to dig into the design of the code of mixture distribution, I found its design is pretty much similar to the class of torch.distribution.MixtureSameFamily, which only support to mix several distributions having the same parameters. I want to know whether the mixture distribution proposed in this paper is implementing to mixture several distributions which can own their different parameters respectively?
