Thanks for reporting @Damaskox! I've updated to fix this, could you update the addon, restart Anki, and see if it works now? To update the addon, open Anki, go to Tools > Addons > Select "Anki with Uncertainty" > Check for updates > Update all |
@adam-binks Just done the deed! |
@Damaskox Huh, thanks for reporting! Looks like your Anki instance is running Python 2.7 instead of 3 as it's missing those language features. I'm curious if you did any custom configuration? Or maybe it's an especially old install of Anki? |
@Damaskox - I just pushed a fix for this, could you test and let me know if it works for you? It's hard to reproduce these errors as my Anki version comes with Python 3 as far as I can tell. So thanks again for your help tracking these issues down! |
Good question! I have many addons so they could be a culprit...other than that I have no memory xD Anki-Habitica was causing some problems so I deactivated it. Weell I'd like to give te addon a try so I'd like to see it fixed xD |
@Damaskox Huh! This one is hard to debug, you could try pressing "Show answer" after typing in the box to see if the back of the card works. But I expect it won't. If you install the Web view inspector, could you open the console (right click the card > "Inspect" > "Console") and see if there any errors showing up in there? |
I did type the answer; I just couldn't insert my answer with Enter 😅 |
Anything new? |
Bump |
Hey @Damaskox, could you email me at adam [[at]] sage-future [.] org? I'm having trouble reproducing this bug, I think we'll need to call to investigate more. |
The card loaded but it doesn't accept an answer.
