This issue is imported from pivotal - Originaly created at Nov 21, 2018 by Michiel Kodde

The CleanOldProductionEntitiesCommand was created to facilitate the migration to sp-dashboard with manage-prod. The previously used published to production state was set on local entities. Who are removed by the CleanOldProductionEntitiesCommand.

No use in keeping this command for later use.
