Detach Stanford Framework options

In order to keep the stanford_subsite module usable for all Drupal sites we should not have a reliance on the SUFW theme. To keep this true a specific field will need to be changed in the current feature.

The one item that needs to change is the heading/title/logo link changing field. This field is called "Logo and Site Name Settings" (field_stanford_subsite_front). This field contains an option that requires a template change in order to work. The "split" or "Link logo to main site and site name to this subsite" option requires the "Stanford Subsites Page Template" module.

Please move the "split" option and the template_preprocess logic for it into the stanford_subsites_page_template module.
