Add SD card connector info to F103ZE board #48

Here's a JSON for the F103ZE board that adds the SD card connector.

STM32F103ZET6-F103ZE-Board.zip

I'm happy to report that it can operate in either SDIO or SPI mode. Unfortunately the SD detect pin was not connected.
