During I08S, the chief scientist passed along a list of sensors that they wanted plotted in the style of seaplot.

Add this functionality into the plotting module, such that the unfit "raw-est" data can be visualized before fitting. It should work well with intermediate netCDF data products (when subtracted from one another) to see how the data have changed during a step.
