The Salinometer Data Logger software is the standard software included with autosals. It's old and clunky, so parsing the data can be difficult. However, cruise-specific parsers and autosal processors have been implemented before. Standardize the formats using example files from ODF cruises.

Salt file handling

  • SDL .dat loader (OSNAP32)
  • Portasal .xlsx loader (GP17-ANT)
  • Add salinity standard "export" table from OSNAP32
