In Enterprise Architect file CCCEV.ldb, the CCCEV_eProcurementExample's first Criterion description has kept "Participation in a criminal organisation" as a requirement, likely copied from the CCCEV_criminalExample and would be better replaced with detail closer to eProcurement criteria.

In the authority tables concerning eProcurement we have two codes that cover Participation in a criminal organisation which could be of use to you:
