Updating for PREMIS schema

Placeholder issue for upcoming PREMIS schema updates that we'd like to implement (e.g. mayContain).

New div’s old behavior
New div’s, these needs to be added in the value list in the TEI schema and as values in the heading translation document. Added which section already in the TL it should behave like.

“definition” behavior as “summary”
“rationale” behavior as “summary”
“creation/maintenance” behavior as “summary”
“usage notes” behavior as “summary”
“semantic unit” behavior as “head” but some changes still needed for the web transformation to work
“semantic components” behavior as “mayContain”

TODO - create list type for the semantic entity lists, which will include some attributes/names that can be operated on via XSLT. This should let us generate the hierarchical list at the top of the PREMIS DD automatically.

Also TODO - find a way to add numbers to the titles of PREMIS DD elements (e.g. 1.1 objectIdentifier), which are also semantically identifiable, so that we can auto-generate the list.
