Fitbit Versa 4 Always-On is only 24-hr

I purchased a Fitbit Versa 4 today. I previously used the glance app on a Versa 3. On the verse 4 I can only get the always-on display to be in military or 24-hour mode. Is there a way to have it be in 12 hour mode on the always on display?
I have changed the settings in the Fitbit app in the Fitbit online account and on the glance app to 12 hour. It doesn't address this problem.

Currently the always-on display isn't controlled by Glance, but could you check that the settings in the fitbit app and fitbit website saved? also sometime a good old restart will get the tracker to sync the settings.
