some issues when generating code

Hi
I noted that in my xdoc project, where I have some images in the document, the generation is flaky sometimes: when I save an xdoc file and the help contents (and html contents) are regenerated sometimes the whole structure gets spoiled, for instance, only some sections are generated... usually modifying the sources again and regenerating solves the issue... can it be due to the images?
