Please don't follow Znuny7 layout

Hi All,

Thanks for providing this great software as an opensource product.

Before moving to OTOBO I tried OTRS and Znuny, but settled with OTOBO due to PSGI support (behind Caddy).

Regardless, I was monitoring the development of Znuny over time.

Znuny is a great piece of software similar to OTOBO - no argument in that. But the recent version of Znuny has significant changes made to the layout - both customer and agent portal.

Whilst looking great, I couldn't help but to notice how much screen real estate is wasted in the new format.

For me, I don't see any requirement for the layout to be wasted on so much space between elements.

So, I am here to kindly ask OTOBO please not to follow the same path in regards to layout changes.
