Integrate OTOBO with 3rd party business process and decision management tools

OTOBO does habe built in functionality for business processes. Most notable are the process management part of the ticketing system and ITSM::ChangeManagement.

But there are other tools that provide support for business processes. There are even industry standards like BPMN and DMN. Some tools, like Camunda and activiti are open source and could be bundled with OTOBO.

Integration can done via REST interfaces in both ways. OTOBO asking for tasks and decisions, and 3rd party application submitting external task to OTOBO.
