Step 1 of https://doc.otobo.org/manual/installation/stable/en/content/migration-from-otrs-6.html states that OTOBO packages must be installed on target installation of OTOBO. But it does not mention where that the list of modules comes from.

TODO:

add initial step: determine List of OTRS packages
