When testing the migration from a local OTRS I found that I had to set bind-address in /etc/mysql/mysql.conf.d/mysqld.cnf . This should be mentioned in the migration documentation. Probably in the section where it is recommended to create the user otrs_migration. As a bonus it should be documented how to get the IP of the running otobo_web_1 container.
