A dedicated page for setting up the social recovery.

3 options on total:

use existing account, enter the address, confirm it with it's signature.
use multiple social recovery account (handled by a separate issue at a later date), "comming soon" feature.
create a new social recovery account, that will be handed out to your trusted person
