Describe the bug

Rapidly click the chat message two times, it would show the double bottom sheet
OR Rappidly click on two chat Message items

Also related to #2044

To Reproduce

  1. Go to 'Any Channel'
  2. Click on 'Chat message' rapidly two times
  3. See two bottom sheets

Expected behavior

Event should be read once , only bottom sheet should be processed
