Add initial values for Bag-it profile creation form

80% of the form fields in the Bag-It profiles are duplicated from org to org, resulting in repetitive work to fill in the same fields with the same data when onboarding an org.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add initial values to the form fields that are most likely going to be the same for all orgs, with the ability to edit them if necessary.
Fields that are almost always the same:

• Allow fetch.txt: No
• Serialization allowed: optional
• Manifests allowed: sha256, sha512
• Serializations accepted: zip, x-tar, and x-gzip
• Bag-it Versions accepted: 0.97

However, I decided not to add initial values for metadata fields at this time because the dynamic aspect of these forms makes that a heavy lift.
