What's marked as R1 in the schematic is marked as R3 on the L3 PCB and vice versa.
Also I think that R1 (in the schematic) can be dropped which would result in higher brightness of the LED and lower power consumption (cca. 50 %). I guess the R1 is only there to tolerate arbitrary LED orientation / polarity.
