Move demo to github pages

Just a suggestion, but I'm fairly certain the demo could be hosted on github.

Where is the demo?? I'm coming here from jQuery's plugin page. I don't see any demo other than the files embedded in the repository.

The issue I'm trying to resolve is whether the html in the popup can be edited with JS; for instance, calling a resize function on the element transferred over to the new window.

I have been thinking of removing the bower support and going back to what was here before. I realize that for folks who don't use bower, it's a bit of a pain to get the demo to work. The demo is located in the demo directory, but the paths need to be fixed to point to jquery js files.
