To help monitor numbers of zPhot, zspec(SN) and zspec(host) events, need to summarize the relevant stats in output of snlc_fit stage.

Updated snlc_fit output to YAML file to include MASK_REDSHIFT_SOURCE information. Later, need to update submit_batch_jobs to parse and summarize this information.
