Right now we just have single js file backend hosted on cloudflare. But once we have a website and webviews (for sharing rides) we'll want a better setup. I think the next.js is a good fit for the dynamic/static content.

As part of this we should move to a monorepo setup with yarn workspaces. Which will make sharing types easy.
