Describe the bug
Empty chats (where user sent nothing) bloat the history. Stop adding them

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Create new chat
Create one more chat
See 2 empty chats in history

Expected behavior
Nothing shows up in history until user sends something to a new chat
