Description

when you point cursor on time bar, it start flickering, and its looks funny)

Steps To Reproduce

1.open musicbee(don't mind version)
2.start listen to something
3.point cursor in time bar an moving it forward

Rectify11 Version

3.2.70.2

Windows Version

windows 11 22H2

its also doesnt detect clicks on time bar while flicker
