Font looks terrible after uninstall

Description

I recently installed Recitfy11 and with just minutes of using it i didn't really like it much cause my pc was lagging so i uninstalled it, but now after the uninstall text on my pc looks so hard to read, i feel maybe it changed some settings and I'm wondering how i can revert my font settings to load normal and readable again.

Steps To Reproduce

Install recitfy11 and uninstall it

Version 3.2

Windows Version

Windows 23H3, 22631.4317

well i reinstalled windows and it's back to normal
