In the UK, there are 3 different legal systems: England & Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. (See: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Law_of_the_United_Kingdom)
The Choice of Law and Jurisdiction section only allows saying "United Kingdom", when generated automatically.

This might also be an issue for the United States and other countries but I haven't tested it.
