During sign-up on ReDI Connect, some students select ‘Mentor’ instead of ‘Mentee’ user. They usually realize their mistake later and request the ReDI Team to fix it. The ReDI Team member must delete the faulty user and clean the database so the student can sign up again as a mentee. This process is time-consuming for all parties involved.

What needs to be done? Clearly describe steps.
To make the sign-up step more informative for students/alumni confused by the ‘Mentor’ and ‘Mentee’ user names.
Proposed solutions before:
To add a hover effect to each card that shows a box with a small description “create a mentor profile if you…” or “create a mentee profile if you…”.
Or we could have below the cards a sentence, something like: “Not sure which one to choose? Check it here” (and a link that redirects the user to the page where those roles are clarified).
Help messages below the “Mentor” button, it could have a “teach students” with a small font and in the “Mentee” button, it could have a “get some advice”, or something.
