raw accel not launching

Hi,

I've downloaded raw accel on my pervious windows and I recently changed it.
I had no problem using the program on the last desktop but now I have soo many of them. When trying to run the "installer.exe" its gave me something about not finding "vcruntime140.dll" and "vcruntime140_1.dll" and "msvcp140.dll"
I downloaded the 64 bit version of those (as well as the 32 bit after that) and I pasted the 64 bit ones in the system32 folder and 32 bit ones into sysWOW64 folder. I thought I should say this as well: when I pasted them, it gave me no error that goes smth like "Are you sure you want to replace these files?" it just pasted them.
after doing that for all of the files, I ran the installer once again and it said "Install complete, change will take effect after restart."
after I restarted, I tried to run the raw accel.exe file, and it just didn't show up.
I tried to run it as an admin and still nothing.
does anyone have any fixes?

Nvm, I fixed it
If anyone is having the same problem, here's the fix for it:
If you were getting the same error as I did, instead of downloading the vcruntime140.dll from the internet like I did, first go in the system32 folder and find vcruntime140_CLR0400.dll, copy and paste it some where (back it up) and then rename the already existing one to just vcruntime140.dll.
